    These General Terms and Conditions ("Online Terms and Conditions") apply exclusively to orders placed and contracts concluded via Ghostacos' online stores, either through our website https://ghostacos.ch ("Website") or via the respective mobile application ("App"). By placing an order with Ghostacos, you agree to these Online Terms and Conditions.

  • Who can place an order?

    Orders can be placed by individuals aged 13 and above or legal entities. Delivery is made exclusively to addresses within the delivery areas defined by Ghostacos. We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect information, or delivery address outside our zones).

  • How does the order process work?

    After selecting your items and providing your delivery and payment details, you will receive an order overview. Please review your order carefully before clicking "Place Order" to confirm. Once your order is submitted, it will be transmitted to the nearest franchise location for preparation and delivery. Note: The contract for the sale of products is concluded only when the franchise confirms and begins processing your order.

    Delivery is offered to addresses within the specified delivery areas of Ghostacos. The estimated delivery time displayed during the ordering process is indicative and may vary depending on factors such as order volume, traffic, and weather conditions. Ghostacos and its franchisees are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Payments are processed directly by the franchise handling your order. Ghostacos offers secure online payment methods, which must be completed at the time of ordering. For customer pickups, payment will be processed once you confirm your arrival at the restaurant by clicking "I am here" (or a similar option).

  • What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

    If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or defective, please contact the delivering franchise directly using the contact information provided in your confirmation email. Visible defects must be reported immediately upon delivery, while hidden issues can be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

  • What laws govern Ghostacos' operations?

    Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Basel, while for legal entities, Basel shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
